Thirty years of selling homes, and a lifetime of learning how.

Her story.
Ann Baker has been a licensed Realtor since 1991 and a licensed broker since 2006. For more than thirty years she has worked with RE/MAX Suburban in Libertyville, Illinois, serving families across the North Shore of Chicago.
Over her career she has sold more than 1,500 homes. In her best year she closed 160 transactions, a pace she reached through daily prospecting, honest conversations, and the kind of consistency that compounds over time.
As her reputation grew, other agents began asking how she did it. That curiosity became a second calling. Today Ann coaches real estate agents across the country on sales scripts, listing presentations, objection handling, and reading client personality styles. She speaks to brokerages and agent events, sharing what thirty years in the business have taught her.
She is at work on a book about the habits and conversations behind a long real estate career. More details will follow as it nears release.
A path built one conversation at a time.

Still selling, still teaching
Ann continues to list and sell homes on the North Shore, and works with agents and brokerages on the skills behind a lasting career.
From selling homes to helping agents grow.
For years, agents in her office and across the industry watched Ann work and asked a simple question: how do you do it? Rather than keep the answer to herself, she began teaching. What started as informal conversations became a national coaching practice, built on the same plain spoken, repeatable habits that carried her own career.
Consulting →A book on the habits behind a long career.
